Camp Form

The Camp is 12 hours over three days and is open to New Wave students YELLOW Belt and above. 

It is a great opportunity for students from all New Wave Clubs to learn from New Wave Instructors and gage themselves against one another.

The Taekwondo & Hapkido syllabuses are not static. New Wave instructors are constantly refining them to aid the progress of students. As has become our custom, we will use the first Camp of the year to lay down the foundation for what is required, in order for students to progress throughout the year. In recent years the club has put a greater emphasis on: rolls, breakfalls, wrist locks, throws, in essence, self-defence. This camp will take the opportunity to cover all aspects of the New Wave syllabus.

MON 16TH, TUES 17TH & WED 18TH, CAMP TAEKWONDO

Venue:  Buchan Hall, Buchan Road, Nunhead, SE15 3HQ

Time:  10 AM - 2 PM

Requirements: Pack lunch, Taekwondo uniform, change of clothes, preferably tracksuit for lunchtime activities.

BOOKING DATE: FRIDAY 06TH FEBRUARY.

FEE: £40, ONE DAY OF CAMP OR £80 ALL THREE DAYS BY BOOKING DATE (£85 THEREAFTER)

I accept that I cannot hold any representative of NW responsible for any loss of personal items or for any injuries that may be sustained during Camp.

Publicity Release- NWAC, take photographs and video footage of students on a regular basis. This material is used to promote/advertise the club on various media platforms including: newsletters, web pages, social media pages (Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok) and other promotional material and products. 

I understand that by signing this form I GRANT NWAC permission to use, reproduce, and distribute photographs and videos of myself and/or my child(ren) in material that may be used for promotion or otherwise of NWAC.  It is clearly understood that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me now or in the future by reason of such use.

If student is under 18, this form must be signed by a parent or guardian.
