Please be advised, that as we approach the end of term, it is now necessary to decide if your child will continue with Taekwondo (TKD) next term.
Please take time to discuss with your child whether or not they wish to continue with TKD. Once a decision has been made, please complete the form as appropriate.
The form confirms your child's place, records their uniform size requirements and allows us to process their uniform and Membership/Insurance payment.
Please note: Completing this form does not register your child for next term. Parents must also complete registration and payment through Arbor between Monday 10th November and Friday 21st November to secure their child's place.
All New Wave students MUST have at least one Taekwondo uniform with set of 3 New Wave Badges.
This uniform is to be worn at Gradings, Demonstrations, Competitions and all other major events !!
Standard Tusah Taekwondo uniform without New Wave badges
Uniforms are ordered according to height in centimetres.
Uniform sizes go up in 10 cm increments.
Uniforms come out large with room to grow, therefore:
A student 137 cm tall would require a size 140 cm uniform.
AND
A student 143 cm tall would also require a size 140 cm uniform.
