Venue:  Buchan Hall, Buchan Road, Nunhead, SE15 3HQ

Time:  Younger & Juniors Grades students: 9:30 -11:00 AM

Older & Senior Grades students: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Requirements: Complete Sparring Equipment. Bottle of water. In the interest of safety, ensure all finger and toe nails are cut short!
